Make Something Delicious Together on Family Day, Monday, September 25th!
August 15th, 2023 – Miami, FL– A Parent is a Child’s first Teacher and the most influential Educator in a Child’s life. The National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse at Columbia University found that the more often kids eat dinner with their families (five to seven per week), the less likely they are to smoke, drink or use drugs. It is important to establish a routine with your children and dinner is the easiest way for engagement and communication.
